SUMMARY
The University Hospitals Trust (UHT) is seeking a talented and experienced artist consultant to assist in the design, creation, and installation of exterior lighted kite sculptures. We are looking to add visual excitement to the exterior facade of our new Behavioral Health Facility, featuring (5) unique kite sculptures that reflect OU Children’s Hospital’s logo.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Interested consultants are required to submit the following information:
- Company Profile: Provide a brief overview of your company, including relevant experience with similar projects and any notable achievements.
- Portfolio: Share a selection of your previous work, with an emphasis on outdoor sculpture projects. Please include images, descriptions, and any applicable references or testimonials.
- Proposed Approach: Outline your approach and methodology for this project, including your understanding of our organization's vision and your proposed strategy to achieve it.
- Cost estimate.
