Approximately, 161,000 square feet has been renovated over the past 10 years with the OUHSC IT Data Center, Nicholson Conference Center, NRGY Fitness Center, OU Health Education Department, the rooftop terrace, the 1st floor clinic space for General Internal Medicine and Dermatology, and most recently the Dermatology administrative offices on the 3rd floor.
