Dispatch

Full Time

Under the supervision of the University Hospitals Trust (UHT), the Dispatch position serves as the central communication hub for 1CALL Facility Services, ensuring service requests, tenant inquiries, and operational communications are received, coordinated, and resolved efficiently. This role supports seamless facility operations by managing work orders, facilitating communication between departments, vendors, tenants, and staff, and serving as the primary point of contact during urgent and emergent situations.

Construction Superintendent

Under general supervision of the University Hospitals Trust Construction Project Manager, this person will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects are continuing forward on schedule. This person will also inspect construction sites, including containment and FGI requirements to ensure work is performed in a safe and organized manner while helping maintain the professional and clean working environment.

Facilities Signage Technician

Full Time

Under general supervision, the purpose of the job is to perform manual work in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repairs of all signage types. Responsible for maintaining the interior/exterior signage system for UHT facilities or any other facility that UHT has a contract with, and communicating any issues that may arise.
