RFQ 25351 for Parking Master Plan

On behalf of the Oklahoma Health Center (OHC), the University Hospitals Trust (UHT), seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Parking Master Plan. This plan will serve as a strategic roadmap for addressing both immediate parking challenges and future needs across the campus while supporting the mission of providing excellent healthcare, education, and research facilities. The selected firm will work closely with OHC stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that optimize parking resources and create a long-term plan to address parking needs as this campus continues to experience growth.

Please reference the attached spreadsheet titled, OHC Campus Parking Space Counts for historic inventory. Some utilization data can be provided for some of the parking destinations currently managed by OUHSC Parking.	Apr 25, 2025
3	Can you confirm that the consultant will collect inventory and utilization data collected for all 15k spaces?	Attached is a spreadsheet titled “OHC Campus Parking Space Counts.” The chosen consultant can review this inventory and develop a plan to ensure the accuracy of the counts for all locations. We acknowledge that the utilization data may be challenging, but we would appreciate the firms’ suggestions on the most eKicient methods to collect this data promptly and eKectively. Additionally, we would like to avoid solely analyzing utilization rates for a single time of day, as some garages exhibit significant variations throughout the day.	Apr 25, 2025
2	Do you have a project schedule and/or desired completion date?	This evaluation is urgently needed for the campus. Therefore, we kindly request each vendor to provide their own estimated project schedule and/or available completion date.
