The University Hospitals Trust is seeking qualifications from experienced and reputable construction management firms for the buildout of a Pediatric Heart Center located on the OU Health Science Center Campus, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The envisioned facility will be attached to the existing OU Health (OUH) Children’s Hospital, span seven stories plus basement and cover approximately 200,000 gross square feet. The total project budget for this project is $266.5 to $316.5 million
